It’s a new world, says the Irish prime minister.
He says it’s a “new world” and “a different one”.
The new world we face is one where people are going to have to think differently.
“I have to be careful that we don’t lose that sense of wonder,” he said.
He also announced he would not allow a vote on the new Irish constitution, but he is not ruling out a return to a referendum on it.
The referendum on constitutional reform is currently on the ballot paper.
And he has not ruled out the possibility of a new referendum on Brexit, which has already been floated as a potential alternative.
The Irish Prime Minister has also ruled out a vote to leave the European Union.
He said the Brexit vote would have to come from a majority vote in favour of leaving the EU.
